Randy Mosier has over 27 years of experience in air quality planning, regulation and policy development, community outreach, and information technology. He currently serves as Chief of the Air Regulations Development Division at the Maryland Department of the Environment. Randy is a founding member of Clean Air Partners and has served on the Board of Directors for more than 20 years.
