Clean Air Partners, through the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG), grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the Forecast Widget (“Widget”) on your website subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

1.1 You will display the Widget without modification, including graphics, links, credits, and copyright notices that are part of the Widget. You may not modify or prepare any derivative works of the Widget. You may not resell, sublicense, assign, transfer, or otherwise distribute this license or the Widget in any way; any attempt to do so will render these actions null and void.

1.2 You understand that the Widget includes public domain air quality forecast information that is provided “AS IS”, and there are no guarantees of forecast accuracy. The air quality forecast data are provided by MWCOG and the Maryland Department of the Environment.

1.3 You understand that Clean Air Partners may change, eliminate, interrupt, suspend, or discontinue the Widget or any of its content at any time.

1.4 Clean Air Partners retains the right to approve or disapprove any website or other venue for which the Widget is used or proposed for use, including your website. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not display the Widget on any website that displays any content that is adult-themed, tobacco-related, alcohol-related, or gambling-related.

1.5 You shall be liable to Clean Air Partners and MWCOG for any and all liability or any other damages which they may incur as a result of your violation of these terms and conditions.
